The importance of caring for our resources.
Taking care of natural resources for future generations is a commitment that is present throughout the company. The plant works with different renewable energy sources, such as our 550 kw photovoltaic plant for energy generation, used in various production processes.
Photovoltaic energy is the direct transformation of solar radiation into electricity. This transformation occurs in devices called photovoltaic panels. In these panels, solar radiation excites the electrons of a semiconductor device, generating a small potential difference. The series connection of these devices allows obtaining greater potential differences.
Carbon footprint:
Faithful to our commitment to the environment, we have measured our Carbon Footprint at an Organizational level. This is an environmental impact indicator, which measures the emissions and removals of greenhouse gases generated by the activities associated with our company.
Knowing our balance of gases emitted and working based on it is a more than important step to understand the effect of our activities, to be influential agents in the fight against climate change.

different areas of our plant.
Reduction of plastic use
We encourage the use of bulk food in large bags, reducing the consumption of small containers.
